Linking the Nutrisense App with Garmin is now easier than ever, requiring only a simple toggle within the App to sync your fitness data seamlessly.  
  

## Setting Up Garmin Integration

Follow these step-by-step instructions to connect your Garmin device:

1.  Launch the Nutrisense app on your iOS or Android device  
    **Important:** If you had the app open already, please shut it down completely and re-launch
2.  Tap the **profile** **icon** in the top left corner
3.  Select **Settings**
4.  Choose **Integrations**
5.  Select **Garmin**
6.  Toggle the **Garmin Sync** switch to ON
7.  Choose the Garmin account you want to sync data from
8.  **Critical Step:** Click every checkbox on the permissions screen to provide Nutrisense access to your data
9.  Press **Continue** to complete the setup

### Automatic Sync Process

*   Your Garmin data will **automatically sync** with the Nutrisense app
*   Expected sync time: ~10 minutes for new body measurements
*   Data appears on both your **Dashboard** and **History** screens

Customizing Data Import

_Control which specific data types are imported from your Garmin device to personalize your Nutrisense experience._

You can customize which data types are imported by following these steps:

1.  Tap the profile **icon** in the top left corner
2.  Select **Settings**
3.  Choose **Integrations**
4.  Select **Garmin**
5.  Tap any measurement type to toggle syncing on or off

  
**Tip:** You can enable or disable specific data types at any time to customize what information flows from your Garmin device to your Nutrisense dashboard.
