We're so excited for you to explore the **"Trends" tab** on your Nutrisense app! This is where you can truly see how your body is doing, with all your glucose statistics and helpful charts in one place.

#### How to Explore Your Trends:

You can view your data for:

* **Today:** See stats for the current day you've selected on the calendar.

* **A Time Range:** Adjust the dates at the top of the screen to see how your glucose behaves over a week, a month, or any time period you choose!

#### What Do the Numbers and Colors Mean?

As you look at your stats, you'll notice a bar underneath each number, along with "Last" and "Change" values:

*   **The Color Bar:**

    * **Green:** Great job! Your number is right where it should be.

    * **Yellow:** You're doing well, but there might be a little room for improvement.

    * **Red:** Time to make some adjustments; this area needs a bit more attention.

* **"Last":** This number shows your value from the day before or the previous time period you picked.

* **"Change":** This number tells you how much your current value has gone up or down compared to the "Last" value.

#### Your Key Glucose Statistics Explained:

Here's what each important statistic in your Trends tab means:

* **Daily Average:** This is the average of your glucose score for just one day.

* **Meals Average:** This shows the average of your glucose readings after you've eaten meals.

* **Average Glucose:** This is the average of _all_ your glucose readings over the time period you've chosen. A lower average generally means fewer big ups and downs in your glucose. When you gather enough data, the app can even give you an estimated A1C value! A great average is typically below 105.

* **Glucose Variability:** This tells you how much your glucose levels go up and down (your "swings"). A lower number (below 14) is usually better, as it means your glucose is staying more steady.

    * _Heads Up!_ If you have one very high or very low reading (like a sudden spike to 300), it can make this number look much higher than normal.

* **Min (Minimum):** This is the lowest glucose number you recorded during the time you selected.

* **Max (Maximum):** This is the highest glucose number you recorded during the time you selected.

* **Time Within Range:** This is the percentage of time your glucose levels stayed within your healthy "green" target zone (usually 70-140 in the app). The closer this number is to 100%, the better!

    * _Heads Up!_ If your fasting glucose is often below 70, this number might look different. If you feel perfectly fine and don't have symptoms with these lower fasting values, it's generally okay. You can even adjust your own upper and lower glucose target zones in "Settings."

* **Median Glucose (also called Variability):** This is like the "middle" glucose value. It's helpful because it's not as affected by a single very high or very low reading as your "Average Glucose" can be. Aim for a median around 105 or lower.

* **Sleep Average:** This is your average glucose level during your fasting window (often while you're sleeping). You can set your personal fasting window in "Settings" -> "User" -> "Fasting Window."

* **Morning Average:** This shows your average glucose during the last two hours of your fasting window, which can give you a good idea of your fasting glucose when you wake up.

If you choose to track them, you can also see statistics for **ketones, macronutrients (like carbs, fats, and proteins), and your daily habits** in the app!

We're so excited for you to start exploring your personal glucose trends! Understanding these numbers is a powerful way to make smart choices for your health and truly see the amazing progress you're making!
