## Subscription Renewal Policy

_All Nutrisense plans automatically renew monthly unless canceled 72+ hours before billing._

**📋 Auto-Renewal Notice:** All of our monthly plans are subscription-based and are automatically renewed each month. If you ever wish to discontinue your subscription, we've made it easy to do so within the Nutrisense app or through email **[HERE](https://support.nutrisense.io/hc/en-us/requests/new)**.

## Cancellation Requirements

_Cancel at least 72 hours before your billing date to avoid next month's charge._

**⏰ Critical Timing:** Any cancellation requests must be made at least **72 hours before your billing date** to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. If you don't cancel your subscription, you'll continue to be charged on a month-to-month basis at your current rate.

## How to Cancel Your Subscription

_Follow these 8 simple steps in the Nutrisense app to schedule your cancellation._

These steps are applicable if you wish to schedule your program's cancellation for the end of your commitment or if you have already met your minimum commitment and no longer wish to participate in the program.

### 📱 Step-by-Step Cancellation Process

1.  Open the Nutrisense app
2.  Tap the icon in the upper left-hand corner
3.  Select "Programs & Add-ons"
4.  Choose the program you are currently subscribed to
5.  Tap "Show product details"
6.  Tap "Modify Subscription"
7.  Tap "No, I want to cancel my subscription"
8.  Tap "Cancel When Commitment Ends"
9.  Answer any on-screen prompts 
10.  Tap "Confirm"
