Customer Support is available **from Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST**.

### Option 1: Web form

### Option 2: The Nutrisense App

You can also reach Customer Support directly from the app by following these steps:

1.  From the Home screen, tap **"Menu"** (your initials or profile photo)
    
2.  Select **"Get Help"**
    
3.  At the top of the screen, tap **"Request Support"**
    
4.  Enter the details of your question or issue, then submit your request
    

This is often the fastest way for Support to review your account and assist you.

While Nutrisense does not offer a direct inbound phone line, the Customer Support Team **can place outbound calls when needed**.
