We understand that plans and goals can change. If you need to cancel your Nutrisense membership before your original commitment period ends, please note that early cancellations will be subject to fees.

These fees are based on account-specific details, including the number of months completed within your commitment term.

*   We'll always provide you with a breakdown of the cancellation fee before discontinuing your program
*   If you don't confirm and accept the cancellation fee, your subscription will continue to renew at your current rate
*   **⚠️ All charges are non-refundable once processed**

## How to Cancel Early

Step-by-step instructions for canceling your subscription through the app or contacting support.

### Through the Nutrisense App

1.  Open the Nutrisense app
2.  Tap the icon in the upper left-hand corner
3.  Select **"Programs & Add-ons"**
4.  Tap **"Show product details"**
5.  Tap **"Modify Subscription"**
6.  Tap **"No, I want to cancel my subscription"**
7.  Select **"Contact Support"**
8.  Complete the **Early Cancellation Form**
9.  Check your email for a response from our Support Team to finalize your request 

**Important note:** Some early cancellations may include fees. We’ll confirm any applicable charges before finalizing your request.
