You may have noticed a change to your Nutrisense App that now includes an Trends page on your main home screen of the App.
The Trends tab provides you with valuable information about achieving your optimal glycemic control. You can get a glance at all of your information, including your Glucose Score and your Meal Score.
With the Trends tab, you are also now able to track how your own metrics change in time. You are able to look at the ranges based on 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months or add your own customer range. And you can also compare insights from selected periods. For example, you can compare this week to your last one to track how your progress is going.
Under the Trends tab, you will also find the following subsections that will help you to understand the different parts to making up your optimal glycemic control:

The best practice with the Trends tab to ensure you are receiving the most up to date metrics is by:
- Scanning your continuous glucose monitor at least every 8 hours
- Logging your meals and activities
- Adding your measurements every week
- Integrating the Nutrisense App with one of our Health integrations to get accurate activity and step counts
