All of our monthly CGM subscriptions include the shipment of CGM sensors, access to our app, and one complimentary video call with our nutritionists to discuss your goals, data, and concerns (If your insurance is not eligible).
In your first shipment, you will find a Welcome Kit containing 6 protective patches, 6 alcohol wipes, and a letter from our founder. If you need more protective patches, please see our article here on how to order them.
You can start using the app while your order is on its way. If you do not receive them in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. During this time, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the app by logging meals, activities (i.e. exercise), and notes.
