The 14-days of monitoring start once you apply and activate your sensor.
You can start scanning one hour after activating your sensor! Once your first sensor is activated, we will pair you with a dietitian who will be a great resource to answer dietary and lifestyle questions. You will be matched up with your dietitian within 24 hours of activation on weekdays, or on Monday if you activate over the weekend. They will reach out to you from our in-app chat that you can access via "Message" in the in-app menu.
You can activate your sensors whenever you want! Your CGM subscription is tied to the shipment of the CGMs, not the use of them. This gives you the flexibility and ability to customize your tracking time to match your schedule.
Each sensor lasts 14-days and your data monitoring starts at the time you apply and activate the new sensor. You'll never lose any of the tracking time you paid for because each sensor's 14-day life doesn’t start until you activate it.
