We're excited to share that our Registered Dietitian team now offers video call appointments for our Nutrisense users. When you schedule an appointment with our team, we'll make sure to reserve that time exclusively for you.
We understand that unexpected events happen, and we try to be as flexible as possible with our users. However, if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, we will have to charge you for the full amount of the appointment. This helps us ensure that our Registered Dietitian team's time is used efficiently and fairly.
We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This way, we can try to accommodate other users who may need our services and avoid charging you for your scheduled appointment.
