We’re excited to share that our health team now offers video call appointments for our members. When you schedule an appointment with our team, we’ll make sure to reserve that time exclusively for you.
We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This way, we can try to accommodate others who may need our services.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
We understand that unexpected events happen, and we try to be as flexible as possible. However, if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment or fail to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, you are subject to a $75 fee. This helps us ensure that our team’s time is used efficiently and fairly.
If you do need to cancel or reschedule, please use the cancel/reschedule link in your call invite. You can also message your nutritionist directly.
No Show Policy
We understand that sometimes you might get delayed in making it to the call on time. Our nutritionist will wait on the call for 10 minutes from the scheduled time. If you do not show up within that time, we will consider it to be a cancelled appointment. You will be charged a $75 fee to ensure that our team’s time is compensated fairly.
Clients must actively engage in the appointment for a minimum of 15 minutes to avoid being considered a no-show. Sessions lasting less than the required time without valid reasons will be subject to the late cancellation/no-show fee.
