Follow these troubleshooting steps you’re having trouble with your Dexcom CGM during the 30-minute warm up period:
- Check that you disconnected your previous CGM: If you recently finished using another sensor, open the Dexcom G7 app, tap on “Connections” along the bottom of the screen, tap on “Sensor” at the top of the screen, then tap on the “STOP SENSOR SESSION” button.
- Repeat your sensor connection and activation steps.
- Wait 20 minutes to determine if this resolves the problem.
