How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
All NutriSense monthly subscriptions (1, 3, 6, and 12-month) are minimum commitment plans which automatically renew following the commitment period. NutriSense requires all members to opt-out of their subscription at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled charge and shipment date.
Members can schedule their cancellations to be processed automatically.
- Go into the side-bar menu in the left-hand corner of the app
- Go into the "Programs" tab
- Click the service you are interested in updating by selecting "Show Program Details"
- Select "Take a Break"
- From this screen, you can change over to a different plan by selecting "Change your Plan" or take a short break by selecting "Snooze your program"
- To continue on your cancellation, select the option at the bottom of the screen "No, I want to cancel my subscription"
- If you still have time left on your minimum commitment, you are able to schedule your cancellation by selecting the option "Cancel When Commitment Ends"
- If you have any issues with submitting your cancellation request, please feel free to select the option "Contact Support" or email support@nutrisense.io with cancellation in the subject line. Members will receive a confirmation email from the NutriSense support team within 24 hours confirming that their request has been received and will be processed.
If subscriptions are not canceled at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled charge and shipment date, monthly charges will continue to be made through the method of payment on file at the same rate as was previously being charged. Continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) will continue to be shipped to the member’s address on file.
All NutriSense subscriptions are non-refundable once monthly charges have been processed. By law, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale.
Members interested in changing their subscription are welcome to submit a request to learn more about our available options.
Can I Cancel My Subscription Early?
Members interested in canceling their subscription early are welcome to submit a request to receive additional information about any corresponding early cancellation fees and the process to terminate their account including our early cancellation fee confirmation form.
Members will be charged the difference between their subscription rate and the rate of the minimum commitment already met in accordance with shorter subscription plan details. All subscriptions longer than 1 month have a $100 early cancellation fee.
Members participating in our 1-month minimum commitment subscription ($350/mo) are eligible to cancel their subscription once the first charge and shipment have been processed. There is no fee associated with this cancellation.
Members canceling their 3-month minimum commitment subscription are required to pay the difference between the agreed monthly rate ($250/mo) and that of the 1-month minimum commitment subscription ($350/mo) for previous charges as well as a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Members canceling their 6-month minimum commitment subscription are required to pay the difference between the agreed monthly rate ($225/mo) and that of the 1-month minimum commitment subscription ($350/mo) for previous charges, or the 3-month minimum commitment subscription ($250/mo) so long as the minimum (3 months) has been met as well as a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Members canceling their 12-month minimum commitment subscription are required to pay the difference between the agreed monthly rate ($199/mo) and that of the 1-month minimum commitment subscription ($350/mo) for previous charges, or the 3-month minimum commitment subscription ($250/mo) so long as the minimum (3 months) has been met, or the 6-month minimum commitment subscription ($225/mo) so long as the minimum (6 months) has been met as well as a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Please note: Members who request to cancel early are required to confirm the corresponding early cancellation fee in order for our team to process the charge. Members who do not agree to the early cancellation fee will have their subscription continue until we receive confirmation of the cancellation request.
