Seeing elevated glucose values can be scary. However, we don't recommend diagnosing pre-diabetes or diabetes from your CGM data. Each sensor is allowed up to a 15% variability from the true norm, and CGM data is focused on glucose trends over time rather than specific values.
Monitoring these trends allows us to pinpoint the foods and lifestyle behaviors that affect our data the most. If you have concerns regarding your numbers, discuss them with your health coach and consider getting fasting glucose and hemoglobin A1c lab values from your physician's office.
