Reaching Out to Your Dietitian
Our dietitians are your most valuable asset when it comes to understanding your data. Your dietitian or nutritionist will reach out within 24 hours of activating your sensor on weekdays and reach out proactively on a weekly basis. They'll also be available to answer any questions you have, so don't hesitate to reach out to them directly in the app! To send a message to your personal dietitian:
Bring up the menu on the sidebar by selecting the three dashes in the top left corner
Go to "Messages"
Select "See previous" to pull up the ongoing conversation with your dietitian.
You should see all of your previous conversations as well as a New Conversation button. Please continue to log meals, notes, and activities in addition to writing in questions throughout the week so that your dietitian or nutritionist has all they need to help you reach your health goals!
