Logging your activities will help our dietitians get a better idea of your exercise, fasting, and sleep schedules.
To log an activity

Tap the white on green "+" button in the bottom center on the main dashboard

To log a new activity add a description under "What did you do?" and update the times

To log an activity you have previously favorited or that you have done recently, hit the search button (the magnifying glass) to access that list

To create a new favorite activity, press the heart to save it as a favorite

When creating a new activity, be sure to write a short description, and set the start and end times of the activity

Save the activity by clicking the checkmark in the top right corner.
Apple Health Sync
If you have an Apple watch or use other third-party apps that sync to Health Kit, Nutrisense will automatically sync Workout and Sleep activities for you daily. They will appear on your dashboard automatically!
