Saving notes throughout the day allows you to track other activities which might affect your glucose levels. We recommend making notes to monitor anything you may want to track against your glucose values. Such as a cold/flu, feelings of hunger, menstrual cycle, etc.
To Make a Note

Tap the white on green + button in the bottom center of the main dashboard

A menu will open, tap the Note button

Fill out the time (default is now) and the body of the note

Save the note by clicking the checkmark in the top right corner
