That's why we encourage you to make notes throughout the day to monitor anything that might impact your glucose, such as a cold/flu, feelings of hunger, menstrual cycle, and more.
Helpful Tip: Ask your dietitian for other lifestyle factors that can affect your glucose!
Here's how to make a note:
- Tap the white on green + button in the bottom center of the main dashboard.
- From the menu, select the "Note" button.
- Fill out the time (default is now) and the body of the note.
- Save the note by clicking the check mark in the top right corner.
