When adding meals, you can add as little or as much information as you would like. You could add a quick picture, a simple description, or the full macronutrient composition of the meal.
🥑 Adding Meal Ingredients
In order to track the macronutrient composition of your meals, you will need to add ingredients to the meals that you track. We have made this as easy as possible by automatically suggesting ingredients based on what is in your meal photos and descriptions. If your meal does not have a photo, or the suggestions are not accurate, you can always add the ingredient manually by searching our food database.
To add ingredients to a new meal:
-
Tap the green "+" button at the bottom center of the dashboard.
-
Tap "Meal"
-
Add new ingredients by scanning the barcode, adding a photo, adding a description, or finding ingredients.

When adding a new meal, all the fields are optional. You can add a photo, pick a meal category (breakfast, snack, etc), adjust the mealtime, add a description, and/or add ingredients.
