Sign-up and Shipping
Sign-up takes less than 5 minutes and includes a health questionnaire. After you complete your questionnaire it takes 1-2 business days to approve you for the NutriSense program. Once approved your order ships out the next business day. Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days.
What is Being Delivered?
All of our monthly CGM subscriptions include two 14-day CGM sensors, access to our app, and 1 optional month of free dietitian service to help you understand your data.
You will receive your log-in credentials once your order ships. This allows you to start using the app while your order is on its way. If you do not receive them in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. During this time, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the app by logging meals, activities (i.e. exercise), and notes.
Once You Have Your CGM
One hour after activation you can start scanning! Once your first sensor is activated, we will pair you with a dietitian who will be a great resource to answer dietary and lifestyle questions. You will be matched up within 24 hours of activation on weekdays, or on Monday if you activate over the weekend. They will reach out to you from our in-app chat that you can access via "Message" in the in-app menu.
You can activate your sensors whenever you want! Your CGM subscription is tied to the shipment of the CGMs, not their use of them. This gives you flexibility and the ability to customize your tracking time to match your schedule!
Each sensor lasts 14-days. Your data monitoring starts at the time you apply and activate the new sensor. You'll never lose any of the tracking time you paid for because each sensor's 14-day life doesn’t start until you activate it!
