Members may snooze their subscription for the number of months equivalent to one-half of their subscription’s minimum commitment period with the exception of the 3-month minimum commitment subscription. Allotted snooze time can be used either consecutively or periodically throughout the subscription’s minimum commitment period.
Each subscription plan can be snoozed as follows:
3-month plan: 60 days of snooze
6-month plan: 90 days of snooze
12-month plan: 180 days of snooze
Scheduled charges are not processed while an account is snoozed and charges resume on the confirmed date as agreed to by NutriSense members.
Members interested in snoozing their subscription can do so in the app at least 72 hours in advance of their next charge and shipment date or continuing an ongoing snooze period must submit a request. Charges processed preceding snooze periods cannot be refunded. NutriSense requires its members to notify our team at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled resuming charge and shipment date to extend the snooze period if and only if members have allotted snooze time remaining per their subscription agreement outlined above.
