If you need to take a break or catch up on extra sensors, Nutrisense has got you covered! As part of our commitment to helping you reach your health potential, we offer a snooze feature that allows you to temporarily pause your subscription for a period of time.
The amount of snooze time you have available depends on your subscription plan, and can be used either consecutively or periodically throughout your minimum commitment period. For the 3-month minimum commitment plan, you can snooze for up to 30 days, while the 6-month and 12-month plans offer up to 90 and 180 days of snooze time, respectively.
While your account is snoozed, scheduled charges will not be processed, and charges will resume on the confirmed date agreed to by Nutrisense members. To snooze your subscription, simply use the app and make the request at least 72 hours in advance of your next charge and shipment date. If you wish to extend an ongoing snooze period, please submit a request to our team.
It's important to note that charges processed before a snooze period cannot be refunded, and Nutrisense requires at least 72 hours' notice to extend a snooze period.
