Members may pause their subscription for the number of months equivalent to one-half of their subscription’s minimum commitment period (or 60 days in the case of the 3-month minimum commitment subscription). Allotted pause time can be used either consecutively or periodically throughout the subscription’s minimum commitment period.
Scheduled charges are therefore not processed during this pause period and resume on the confirmed date as agreed to by NutriSense members.
Members interested in pausing their subscription or continuing an ongoing pause period must submit a request or email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 72 hours in advance of the next charge and shipment date. Charges processed proceeding pause periods cannot be refunded. NutriSense requires members to notify our team at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled resuming charge and shipment date to extend the pause period if and only if members have allotted pause time remaining per their subscription agreement outlined above.
