If you suspect that your sensor is not functioning properly, please contact Nutrisense support directly through the in-app chat. Our support team will work with you to troubleshoot the issue and determine any possible malfunction. Please let us know whether this is a new sensor or one that has already been activated.
If you received a Libre or Dexcom G7 sensor from Nutrisense and it's determined to be malfunctioning due to a hardware-related issue, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. We kindly request that you provide a photo of any hardware-related issues.
Please note that Libre and Dexcom G7 sensors provided by Nutrisense that are damaged by the user, removed early, or malfunction due to an application error may qualify for a discounted replacement at $85. We kindly ask that all members contact our support team before removing a sensor so we can help determine if it is truly malfunctioning.
