Members can snooze their subscription to take a break to catch up on sensors. Subscriptions can be snoozed for the number of months equivalent to one-half of their subscription’s minimum commitment period with the exception of the 3-month minimum commitment subscription.
Allotted snooze time can be used either consecutively or periodically throughout the subscription’s minimum commitment period. To see how long your subscription can be snoozed, check out Can I Snooze My Subscription?
Steps to snooze your subscription
- Go into the app
- Go into the "Programs" tab
- Click the service you are interested in updating by selecting "Show Program Details"
- Select "Take a Break"
- From this screen, select "Snooze your program"
- If you have any issues with submitting your request, please feel free to select the option "Contact Support" or email firstname.lastname@example.org with "Snooze my subscription" in the subject line. Members will receive a confirmation email from the NutriSense support team within 24 hours confirming that their request has been received. Please indicate the Snooze length that you require for your subscription. Without confirmation of your Snooze length, our team will not be able to finalize your Snooze request.
Members interested in snoozing their subscription or continuing an ongoing snooze period must submit a request at least 72 hours in advance of their next charge and shipment date. Charges processed preceding snooze periods cannot be refunded.
