At Nutrisense, we understand that life can get busy, which is why we offer the ability to snooze your subscription and take a break from shipments. You can snooze your subscription for a period of time equivalent to one-half of your subscription's minimum commitment period (excluding the 3-month minimum commitment subscription), and this allotted snooze time can be used either consecutively or periodically throughout your subscription's minimum commitment period.
You must reach out at least 72 hours before your billing date to snooze your subscription or we will not be able to stop your shipment.
The amount of snooze time you have available depends on your subscription plan, and can be used either consecutively or periodically throughout your minimum commitment period.
For the 3-month minimum commitment plan, you can snooze for up to 30 days, while the 6-month and 12-month plans offer up to 90 and 180 days of snooze time, respectively.
While your account is snoozed, scheduled charges will not be processed, and charges will resume on the confirmed date agreed upon. To snooze your subscription, simply use the app and make the request by following the steps below:
- Open the Nutrisense app
- Tap the icon in the top left corner
- Tap "Programs & Add-Ons"
- Tap "Take a Break" and choose "Snooze your Program"
If you have any issues submitting your request or wish to extend your snooze period, send us an in app message or email HERE with "Snooze my subscription" in the subject line. Our team will confirm your request within 24 hours via email and ask you to specify the length of time you want to snooze.
If you'd like to resume your subscription early, you can reach out to customer support for assistance. Please keep in mind that there will be a delay in resuming your subscription and getting your new set of sensor shipped out. The delay can be up to 5 days.
Please note that to snooze your subscription or extend an ongoing snooze period, you must submit a request at least 72 hours before your next charge and shipment date. Charges processed before a snooze period cannot be refunded, but you can find more information about our refund policy in our helpful guide, "Nutrisense Refunds."
