Reaching Out to Customer Support
The customer support team is here to help address any questions you may have about using the app. They are here to help you understand how to use the app features, help troubleshoot issues activating and using your sensor, and provide guidance on managing your account.
If you ever want to message customer support, you can start a new message here and an agent will respond shortly.
To contact support, hit the green "+" from the dashboard screen. In the pop-up, select "Message" and select the button "Send us a message". This will connect you directly to our support team.

Looking to Get in Contact with Your Dietitian?
If you are new to the program, your dietitian will reach out within 24 hours of activating your first sensor. If you already have a conversation going with them, here is where to access those past conversations.
