If you have any questions about using the app, our customer support team can help you. They can guide you through the app's features, troubleshoot any issues with activating or using your sensor, or assist with managing your account.
There are two ways to get in touch with our team:

- For assistance with troubleshooting your App, CGM or for assistance with any other inquiries, please reach out to us via the in app chat.
To contact customer support in the app, follow these simple steps:
- From the home screen, tap the message bubble icon in the top right corner
- In the pop-up, select "Message."
- Choose the "Customer Support" button to connect with our support team.
