Here are some tips to help you get the most out of your sensor while working out:
- You can shower and sweat with the sensor, but be careful not to catch it on your clothes or other materials. This could loosen the sensor, knock it out of place, or break off the filament.
- For more intense workouts that involve lots of sweat and movement, we recommend using the protective patch provided to keep your sensor securely in place. Make sure you’re careful not to bump the sensor off when changing or wiping down, it’s a lot easier to knock off when we’re sweaty.
