Once you've signed up, completed the Health Questionnaire, and been approved for the program, your CGM kit will be sent out by our pharmacy partner within 1 business day. You'll receive an email with shipment tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package's progress.

For monthly CGM shipments, your first charge corresponds to your billing date. Please keep in mind that your CGMs will ship out the following business day. All future charges will take place on the same day of the month, unless you update your billing date. You can find more information on updating your billing date here: Time Between Sensors.
With every monthly charge, we'll start preparing your shipment right away. Once it's sent out by our pharmacy partner, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
