Where to go?
1. Open the NutriSense app
2. Go into the sidebar menu on the upper lefthand corner
3. Select "Programs"
4. Select "Show Program Details"
5. Select "Take a Break"
6. Select "Change your plan"
7. You will be redirected to the "Submit a request" form
8. Alter the description to your specific request
9. Select Submit
10. A successful request will display "Your request was successfully submitted"
11. A NutriSense support specialist will reach out as soon as possible to further assist
We require all subscription change requests are sent in within 72 hours of your next charge and shipment date.
