At Nutrisense, we understand that everyone's health journey is unique, and we want to assist you in finding the program that meets your needs. If you want to change your current subscription plan, follow these simple steps:
- Open the Nutrisense app.
- Tap the icon in the upper left-hand corner.
- Select "Programs & Add-ons"
- Choose the program you are currently subscribed to.
- Tap "Show Program Details."
- Tap "Modify Subscription"
- Tap "Change your Plan"
- Edit the description to include your particular request.
- Click "Submit."
You will receive a confirmation message that your request has been successfully submitted.
One of our Nutrisense support specialists will contact you as soon as possible to help you further.
Please keep in mind that any subscription changes must be submitted at least 72 hours before your next scheduled charge and shipment date.
