Whether you are between your monthly billings or are short on unused sensors, there are ways to help combat potential gap time!
Difference Between Billing & Activation Date
Activation Date: This is when you first activate your sensor. Each sensor has an expected 14-day lifespan and can be used at your leisure before its expiration.
Billing Date: This is when you are charged and shipped. This occurs on the same date of every month. For example, if you were successfully charged on the 15th of the month, your next charge will naturally be on the 15th of the next month, unless otherwise requested.

- Open the NutriSense app
- Go into the sidebar menu in the upper left-hand corner
- Select "Programs"
- Select "Show Program Details"
Closing the Gap Between Sensors
A-La-Carte CGMs (available to members on active subscriptions): You can purchase an a-la-carte sensor for $100. This charge will be separate from your monthly billing and is an option to ensure you have a sensor on hand.
Move up your charge and shipment date: You can move up the date you wish to be billed to receive your next order of CGMs earlier than scheduled.
