Whether you are between your monthly billing dates or don’t have any sensors, there are ways to help combat potential gaps between your sensor delivery!
Let's start by clarifying the difference between your Activation Date and Billing Date:
- Activation Date: This is the day you first activate your sensor. Each sensor has a specific lifespan and can be used at your convenience before its expiration. Usually, the Libre sensors have a 14-day lifespan, while the Dexcom sensors have a 10-day lifespan.
- Billing Date: This is the day you are charged and the shipment process begins. Nutrisense ships within one business day after a charge occurs. Your Billing Date occurs on the same day every month. For example, if you were charged on the 15th of the month, your next charge will be on the 15th of the following month, unless otherwise requested.
To confirm your Billing Date, follow these simple steps:
- Open the Nutrisense app
- Tap the icon in the upper left-hand corner
- Select "Programs & Add-ons"
Now let's discuss how to close the gap between sensors:
A-La-Carte CGMs (available to members on active subscriptions): You can purchase an a-la-carte sensor for $100. This charge will be separate from your monthly billing and is an option to ensure you have a sensor on hand.
Move up your charge and shipment date: You can request to have your next order of CGMs shipped earlier than scheduled by moving up your billing date. You can also make the necessary adjustments to your shipment date through the Programs tab in the app.
