We want to remind you that all of our monthly plans are subscription-based and are automatically renewed each month. If you ever wish to discontinue your subscription, we've made it easy to do so within the Nutrisense app or through email at support@nutrisense.io. Please note that any cancellation requests must be made at least 72 hours before your billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
If you don't cancel your subscription, you'll continue to be charged on a month-to-month basis at your current rate. Please keep in mind that all charges are non-refundable. For more information on our refund policy, please see Nutrisense Refunds.
If you'd like to cancel your program, simply follow these steps in the Nutrisense app. These steps are applicable if you wish to schedule your program's cancellation for the end of your commitment or if you have already met your minimum commitment and no longer wish to participate in the program.

- Open the Nutrisense app.
- Tap the icon in the upper left-hand corner.
- Select "Programs & Add-ons"
- Choose the program you are currently subscribed to.
- Tap "Show Program Details."
- Tap "Modify Subscription"
- Tap "No, I want to cancel my subscription"
- Tap "Cancel when commitment ends"
